- Provide efficient service at Front Office Department for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
- Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
- Promotes the hotel's range of services in order to increase sales; make recommendations for activities and restaurants
- Ensure that members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service. Prepare and send welcome cards and amenities to room prior to guest arrival.
- Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required. to ensure that guests requests and needs are met
- Attend to other duties as requested by Management.
- Bachelor Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience in similar role in 4 stars international hotel chain
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language or other languages will be added advantages
- Familiar with OPERA system
- Good attitude and high motivation.
- Commitment to the job, creative and innovative
- Good command of both written and spoken English, other languages are advantage.
