  • Develop sales strategies and setting targets for individuals and teams.
  • Manage a filed sales team to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Manage field sales team to achieve daily targets of lead generation and demo appointments.
Requirement: * Minimum Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Experience working in Software as a Service company (POS, PPOB, HRIS, etc) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in field sales (in general).
  • Good business sense.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and setting targets for individuals and teams.
  • Minimum 1 year experience of managing team.
  • Experience in handling sales (customize area).
