Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of digital marketers, brand advisors and program experts to drive the company’s growth.
- Act as a brand advisor and work closely with the account team to enable the strategic brands to gain the most out of our tools and solutions to drive brand satisfaction, business results and investment growth.
- Work closely with the program teams to lead full cycle incentives and educational programs to enhance solution adoption and grow existing long-tail accounts, via best practice sharing, value creation mechanisms and solution upgrades.
- Develop deep knowledge of performance and non-performance levers across different sponsored solutions to identify and recommend holistic investment strategies to drive ROI and GMV performance.
- Lead, champion and drive marketing solution related initiatives via training, strategic programs and product go-to-markets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Ad Tech/ performance advertising within highly analytical and fast-paced environments such as top agencies , digital/ecommerce companies.
- Possess a solid track record in delivering impactful business outcomes as a digital marketing expert, partnership builder and growth driver
- Ability to connect the dots, perform complex analysis and communicate findings and solutions in a strategic, concise way for senior management
- Highly skilled and persuasive in creating marketing/sales strategy materials
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying extreme attention to detail
- Possess a solid communication skills in both English and Bahasa (written and verbal)
