Responsibilities
- Independently lead the campaign management and ad operations teams in Indonesia
- Organize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results
- Maximizes margins achieved from every project, ensuring forecasts are always met in the agreed time period
- Oversee and quality control of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign optimization, and post-analysis to ensure client objectives are met
- Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements
- Providing feedback to our product to help us scale our advertising platform
- Support and maintain your client base to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Minimum 6 years working experience in social, media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies and at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in leading demand generation programs and delivering measurable results for B2C
- Familiar with social media platforms, KOL & community handling, and events management.
- Proficient in English speaking and written language preferred
- Excellent eye for detail
- Possess good time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Capable to execute basic MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Words, Google sheets, and Google slides
- You have the eagerness to learn and the generosity to teach
