Job Description
- Analyze business requirements and prepare product requirements
- Prepare prioritization and scoping on product roadmap
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver projects in accordance with target scopes and desired timelines
- Work closely with internal and external cross functional teams
- Provide solutions on technical and operational issues
- Gather and analyze requirements based on feedbacks from operations, users, business, and other available sources
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Over 3 years of experience in fintech or payment environment
- Has experience as product manager or product operation
- Has experience in leading a team in daily tasks or projects
- Strong problem solving skills with end-to-end viewing capability
- Able to work with cross functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa
