Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with users to identify problem and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that user needs are met as project/initiative evolve
  • Analyze risks and opportunities of each launched project/initiative
  • Deliver and communicating the progress of handled project/initiative to stakeholder
  • Ideate and assist strategic initiative for Enterprise Fulfillment Business
  • Perform data analysis to support decision making and develop progress report documents
  • Create and manage periodic CEO office reporting
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role (PMO)
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret data, deep analysis, step-by-step action plans, execution and results
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem solving, structured communication and leadership
