- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with users to identify problem and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that user needs are met as project/initiative evolve
- Analyze risks and opportunities of each launched project/initiative
- Deliver and communicating the progress of handled project/initiative to stakeholder
- Ideate and assist strategic initiative for Enterprise Fulfillment Business
- Perform data analysis to support decision making and develop progress report documents
- Create and manage periodic CEO office reporting
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role (PMO)
- Experience in project and stakeholder management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret data, deep analysis, step-by-step action plans, execution and results
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving, structured communication and leadership
