About the Marketing Manager (Financial Services) Role:
In this role, you must be an innovative marketing manager to promote the company's brand and services. You have to be a strategist as well as a good executor and leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and optimising marketing strategies, especially in organic digital marketing
- Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Creating content plans for cryptocurrency and blockchain education on social media channels
- Monitoring content copywriting and helping with content briefs and scripting
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, finance, and product divisions
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Managing the marketing division's staff
- Preparing and presenting annual reports to the senior management
- Keeping stakeholders informed of marketing strategies and trends
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major. Marketing, psychology/consumer behaviour, business administration, or similar is a plus
- Five years of experience in marketing with deep understanding of SEO and social media marketing, two years of experience in leading a team
- Passionate with excellent copywriting/scripting skills
- A good understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Own social media channel with massive growing numbers of followers is an advantage
