Role Summary: Plan and execute the overall plan for Estate and managing the Estate employees
Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Responsible and oversee all aspect of estate operation and administration.
- Ensure the plantation is developed and maintained to a satisfactory standard of plantation practice.
- To manage and supervise the day-to-day operations and management of Plantation Office and it is various operating units to ensure their smooth and successful implementation within the specific financial budget and goals set by the Management.
- Ensure all estate operations are carried out smoothly and within the approved budget.
- Ensure the estate run accordingly with the government regulation from time to time.
- To provide effective leadership to the staff and work force to motivate them to always strive for greater productivity and higher efficiency.
- To take care of estate safety, health, and welfare from time to time.
- To perform any other duty as assigned by superior.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
