Responsibilities: To ensure that the Spa operations meet with the standards described in the Spa Manual. To maximise guest satisfaction consistent with Six Senses Spa standards, through thorough planning, organising, directing, and controlling the departmental operations and administration of the Spa.
Qualification : o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
o Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality in a Senior Role, preferably in Spa or Rooms Division
o Strong Leadership Skills and Business Acumen, inclusive of Sales & Marketing
o Wellness background
o Strong spa retail background
o Yoga/Naturopathic or Ayurvedic background would be a plus
o Excellent English, writing and communicating skills
o Qualifications & experience in Wellness, Health, Beauty and/or Massage therapies would be a plus (ITEC, CIDESCO,
CIBTAC)
