About Future Talent Programme
Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in July 2023. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The Customer Service Operations (CSO) team works in seamless collaboration with Market Operations, provides exemplary service to our customers, because the goal is to deliver the best services to the customer on quality and safety
The plan will include a collaboration in different projects and activities within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship. Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of Service Delivery Engineers. Our Services Team will be providing services in Processing, Packaging, Filling and Distribution Solutions & Equipment to our customers in Dairy & Beverage industry. You will deliver technical products and support to customers by providing commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services. This is a customer-fronting role.
The program starts on July,2023.
This position is for Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be working in assigned client within the Indonesia
You will be travelling 80% of your time to our customer sites
What you will do
As our Future Talent Programme - Customer Service Operation Trainee you will learn about;
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers
Handle their technical support queries, and follow-up on their concerns and/or problems
Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure equipment reliability
Carry out the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems
Manage installations of Upgrade kits and Solution kits which requires a solid experience in automation
Troubleshoot existing PLMS systems for connectivity issues and correct or send away for corrections
Manage documentation related to activities
We believe you have
You have recently completed your studies in Engineering (Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical or any related) and having less than a year of working experience.
Knowledge of Mechanics & Electrical/Automation (Drive System - Motors and servomotor) & close loop control systems
You are a team player with outstanding communication skills.
You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive.
You have strong analytical mind-set
You are a true finisher and have the ability to work independently
You are a team player with outstanding communication skills.
Experience from studies or work abroad is considered as an advantage.
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
