- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major
- Strong communication, team player and customer relationship skills
- Knowledgeable in sales engagement prospecting tools such Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Yesware, Lusha, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Ability to promote/sell ideas persuasively and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
- Ability to think strategically and tactically. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection or failure
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Good time management skills
- Fluent in spoken and Written Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- To identify, research and approach customers in target industries
- To develop new sectors in providing Engineering Software Products, Services and Solutions to the major oil, gas, manufacturing, and energy companies
- To identify, research, contact and qualify prospects across the Indonesia region with the primary goal of booking a meeting for our Field Sales Team.
