About the Company:
Our client is one of Asia's leading retailer in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta
They are looking for a finance operations manager who will lead the finance team and report directly to the GM of Finance and Accounting Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle 3 divisions (A/R, A/P, Cash Management (Treasury))
- Lead and drive the strategy for finance operations with a team of over 30+ people
- Manage, review and monitor records of AP and Cash Flow transactions and payment processes to ensure their accuracy and timely reporting.
- Control AP and AR ageing and overdue
- Control and approve monthly budget (include weekly payment plan), prepared by each section head
- Preparation of SOP for all finance processes
- Coordinate with auditors for control and review of required data for financial audit and other audits
- Provide ad hoc data as requested by the management
- Drive improvements and simplification of financial business processes to adapt to changing business needs and expansion, achieve process efficiencies and effective internal controls, and achieve full compliance leading to the integrity of financial information and reporting.
- Partner with the business/operations team in supporting financial operation related function in managing payment and cash collection process
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in Finance or equivalent
- At least 7 years experience in a Finance Operations field
- At least 4 years experience in a managerial field with over 30 team members
- Experience in retail or relevant industries is preferred
- Strong analytical thinker, detail oriented and good leadership skills
- Strong knowledge in SAP, accounting standard, staturory reporting and tax
- Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency.
- Strong leadership abilities to build, manage and motivate teams
- Familiar with Indonesian accounting and tax regulation
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
