Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of staff and at the same time keeping staff moral high and informed with the development of the business
- Work closely with Account Managers; senior staff to keep an eye on invoices (PR, DJs and other vendors invoices)
- Manage the P&L
- Improve internal communications for better productivity and to reach deadlines
- Improve efficiency and increase the clubs profits
- Make sure the club is operating safely
- Hire new staff and when required and restructure when required
- Help the Public Relations of the club to ensure sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Extensive local network and 5 years + experience on the island working with established venues or hospitality groups
- Proficiency in computer technology
- Knowledge of modern communication methods (Google, Microsoft services, etc)
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to details
- Ability to make decisions and problem-solving skills
