Job Description
- Business Owner to achieve the sales target, profitability and other KPIs defined by the management.
- Develop and execute the strategy for the Business Unit to achieve the mid to long-term growth.
- Prepare annual marketing / business plan for the country and implementation.
- Work hand-in-hands with Sales team/ KUM/ Online to achieve the sales targets and identify opportunities.
- Prepare monthly sales forecast and stock planning, work closely with logistics team for stock related KPIs.
- Crafting & executing all marketing activities for the trade.
- Good Knowledge of overall Market, Measuring Tools & Competition.
- Product Trainer to conduct regular trainings to internal and external parties.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and marketing experience for the industrial/construction market.
- Having professional background in Power Tools/ related industries would be advantage.
- Strong entrepreneurship mindset and result orientation with strategic thinking and ability to work self-directed.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Proficient verbal and written English skill is a MUST.
- Working knowledge in using IT system tools (SAP, Sales CRM, MS office , PowerPoint & Excel).
- Negotiation skills, PR skills, availability to travel (Primary local market).
- Be determined, energetic and flexible.
