What’s the role?
This role will support Terminal Manager to manage bulk fuel terminal operations, bulk fuel product receiving from vessel to terminal, truck gantry operations at terminal, road transports operations.
Location: East Java
Accountabilities:
Implement HSSE and operational excellence in bulk fuel terminal operations, bulk fuel product receiving from vessel to terminal, truck gantry operations at terminal, road transports operations. Positive Behaviour further towards a truly pro-active HSSE culture ensuring compliance with HSSE and Legal requirements
Implement standards and assurances process that covers Product Quality monitoring; Oil Gain-Loss monitoring; Maritime assurance in bulk fuel product receiving; bulk fuel storage & handling Management; truck gantry operations; and emergency response readiness include Terminal Operational Expenditures and Operation Improvement.
The role requires the individual to work in a fast and changing environment. The individual has to manage challenges such as being able to effectively manage various internal stakeholders i.e. Supply, Sales & Marketing, Subject Matter Experts to ensure daily operational readiness both local and global level.
What we need from you
We hope to see the following in your CV:
University graduate. Preferably an Engineering graduate.
Minimum 4 years of Supply Chain operations, engineering and HSSE experience, combined with the interpersonal and supervisory skills to manage, influence and synergies the efforts of various work teams.
Highly knowledgeable with bulk fuel terminal operations and experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Energy industry is a plus.
Good leadership and people management skills and analytical skills.
Adept at blending stakeholder’s agendas with operational, technical and HSSE requirements for best enterprise outcomes.
Able to facilitate/generate solutions and execute efficiently to deliver results
Well organized, independent and proactive.
Proficiency in Bahasa. Knowledgeable in English.
