The Production Engineer will perform routine activities to deliver production excellence processes and management systems focused on driving operational performance and value creation across manufacturing plants. In this role, you will use your knowledge to ensure alignment of key operational metrics.
Key Accountabilities
- Support operations by analyzing and developing recommendations regarding failures and lost production and identify and implement solutions to improve the system, standard work and processes.
- Identify, optimize and improve department performance and ensure knowledge is transferred not only locally but also throughout the business.
- Align and deploy strategic projects within the department.
- Execute and support engineering deliverables, of complexand broad scope work providing direct customer support and delivery of services for a site.
- Review reports results to cross functional audiences for use in future product and process development, improvement or modifications.
- Support operations by analyzing, developing and implementing solutions to improve system and process.
- Support the deployment of appropriate technology solutions considering overall safety standards, food safety, quality, process safety, capacity, reliability, environmental and costs constraints.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Having minimum if three years from relevant industry
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Knowledge in maintenance process management
- Knowledge in the application of reliability tools
- Experience with green belt, lean or six sigma methodologies
- Minimum of one year of related work experience
- Knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
