Job Description
- Develop an overall plan and architects design for data structure based on potential data sources (internal and external)
- Lead the data modelers team to develop the overall data structures model & data transformation and make documentation for all the data assets.
- Work together with the data engineer team to devise a fluid data structure model for consolidating and integrating the data from various sources in data lake.
- Work closely in supporting team of data scientists and product data squads to build data layers needed from raw until business layers.
- Build procedures and policies to ensure the data assets are aligned and meet specifications of products goals
- Evaluate data structure & data model continuously and propose new data acquisition to maintain the relevancy of data layers
- At least has eight years of experience in data roles with experience leading a data team.
- Has solid project experience in dealing with high-volume transaction records and highly complex relational data.
- Exposure in relational data modeling in Fintech Startup / Telco / Loyalty platforms / Tech Consultant domain is desirable.
- Excellent in translating business requirements into data models & structure; and capable of communicating effectively with data modeler, data engineer and data scientist.
- Comfortable to build the foundation of data architecture from scratch
- Advanced in managing tight project timelines.
