- Cost Efficiency: Improving the product reformulation, controlling the material usage and energy, as well as in charge of evaluating work activity and productivity to ensure cost efficiency,
- NPD: Planning the development of resin products, doing formulation, controlling and evaluating the product and new product development, and creating the draft of product specification to fulfill the needs of new resin products
- Resin Modification: Identify and evaluate resin products that are not suitable, execute analysis and reformulation in the process of product modification, as well as evaluating testing products to re-use products that are unsuitable
- Production Trial: Control the trial formula process in production, evaluating the stability and quality management to ensure it can be applied correctly in production
- Plan, and fulfill the need of human resources, executing organization design, process, as well as develop team competency and evaluate their performances
- Quality System Management & 5R: develop, execute, standard and evaluation development, ensuring employees are working based on the procedures, planning and executing corrective and preventive action towards new products, modification, reject and waste, and etc.
- Execution of environment system management: plan, execute and evaluate the waste management from grouping, storage, reduction, and reuse, disposal of hazardous and nonhazardous waste, etc.
- Execution of OHSE System Management: evaluate, and performing HIRADC verification creation, planning, and performing and evaluating maintenance and repairing systems, modifying systems, and changing procedures to improve work safety.
- Bachelor of Chemistry
- Willing to be based in East Java
- Has worked for more than 5 years in the RDI managerial level
- Knowledge in resin raw material for water based, solvent based, and additive
- Water based polymer, solvent based, additive paint formulation
- Understanding of resin lab and production machineries
- Knowledge on resin production process and measurement tools
- 5R and ISO knowledge
