Terdapat 1 jalur untuk menjadi Senior IT Enterprise Architecture di IT BCA, yaitu sebagai IT Staff. Karyawan akan mendapatkan melalui masa probation selama 3 bulan dan akan pembekalan teknis, buddy, dan mentor dari IT BCA. Jalur ini terbuka untuk Experienced Professional.
- Minimal lulusan S1 Teknik Informatika atau Sistem Informasi
- IPK minimal 3.00
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai IT Enterprise Architecture
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam menganalisis current state IT Architecture dan merekomendasikan teknologi terkait IT Architecture
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam menyusun blue print IT Architecture dan melakukan monitoring standar pelaksanaan IT Architecture
- Data Architect diharapkan memiliki pengalaman dalam berbagai jenis database seperti RDBMS, NoSQL, Big Data, dan Data Lake. Memiliki pengalaman utilisasi seperti OLAP/OLTP. Memiliki pengalaman Data Integration dan optimalisasi
- Application Architect diharapkan memiliki pengalaman dalam berbagai jenis bahasa pemrograman seperti Java, Kotlin, Phyton, dll. Memiliki pengalaman proses SDLC terutama dalam Agile Environment. Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan platform seperti Virtual Machine dan PaaS. Berpegalaman dalam server aplikasi seperti NGINX, Weblogic, dan JBOSS. Berpengalaman dalam berbagai Framework aplikasi.
- Network Architect diharapkan memiliki pengalaman dalam Routing, Switching, dan Firewall. Berpengalaman dalam TCP/IP, Sub-netting, VLAN, Sub-Interface, VPN, dan WAN. Berpengalaman dalam Access Point Technology.
- System Architect diharapkan memiliki pengalaman dalam Cloud Platform seperti AWS, GCP, Alibaba, dan Azure. Berpengalaman dalam storage seperti EMC, Netapp, dan IBM. Berpengalaman dalam Operating System seperti VMWare dan Unix/Linux. Berpengalaman dalam server aplikasi seperti JBoss, Weblogic, Tomcat, dan NGINX
