As a line manager, CU Supply head leads people, recognize and reward achievement, manage performance, lead change and promote Ericsson Core values, ethics and EOTM culture of the organization. CU head of Supply also leads end to end supply chain to be able to support CU with an effective and strategic supply chain planning, dimensioning, ordering, distribution, performance and logistics management.
You will:
- Secure Supply early involvement in pre sales phase
- Drive CU S&OP governance in order to secure alignment of demand vs. supply plan and forecast accuracy
- Customer concern and prioritization management
- Responsible for customer contract fulfilment in both delivery and return flow
- Secure distribution and inventory management to meet efficiency and target
- Drive end to end supply chain flow efficiency and cost improvement
- Drive the supply process to fulfil customer orders and deliver products in a cost efficient way to our customers on time
- Optimize the E2E process from suppliers to customers.
- Ensure the Line Managers Supply understands customer needs and acts with a well-rounded view to bring order to cash
Education: Bachelor Degree
Years of experience : 8 to 15 years in related field
Demonstrated ability: Supply chain, warehouse management and Sales and Planning Operations
