Job Description
- Develop and implement Key Account/Channel (Modern & Traditional Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts.
- Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership.
- Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in Indonesia.
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the business plan.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus).
- 7 to 10 years of experience in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the domestic appliances industry or consumer electronics.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills, interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, and multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment.
