- Fully responsible of the overall operation and financial performance of the company's plantations located in East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, SOuth Sumatera.
- Oversee the daily operation of the estate.
- Ensure infrastructure and supporting units are well equipped.
- Be actively involved in the ground operations by working closely with area managers to facilitate cost effective operation.
- Strategize company's expansion plan.
- Provide agricultural recommendations to increase the overall yield of the estates and to develop best practices.
- Ensure all plantations are within the framework of Environment policies and responsibilities.
- Ensure all work operations in safe and responsible manner.
- Proven working Experience of at least 5 years in managing any type of plantations.
- Degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Science & Technology or any related field.
- Strong experience in managing multiple plantations.
- Interpersonal, Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills
- Deep understanding of Agronomic Knowledge and Farming Practices.
- Willing to travel from Jakarta to plantations.
