- Create new products on schedule and in accordance with the plan outlined in order to achieve national and international standards.
- Support the internal team (Product research, R&D, Quality) to develop color schemes as per the company's guideline
- Increase efficiency of production processes and workflows, raise product quality, and lower costs.
- Modify existing products work with purchasing and manufacturing to put them into practice.
- Control and offer advice regarding the use of paint and color schemes at the workplace.
- Provide training to the sales team and customers
- Previous R&D experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience managing a disciplined process across functional area
- Experience in both water-based and solvent-based paint
- Excellent problem solving and root cause identification
- Work in an international and diverse setting
