- Manage Denim, Dyeing and Weaving factories
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and implement strategy for factory operations
- Coordinate to manage and improve production and quality
- Monitor subordinates and improve productivity
- Manage factory's safety and cleanliness
- Make sure all of the operations are up to standard
- Do and support audit
- Management report
- Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as Factory Manager in manufacturing company
・Have achievements in factory improvement (please mention several)
・Willing to work in Central Java
・Smart, hardworking, good communication skill, good critical thinking skill, good leadership skill
