Provide necessary advice on Industrial Relations matters
Recommend and ensure sanction for misconduct which includes verbal warning, warning letter, termination
Handle Employee Grievance and whistle blower
Conduct case investigation
Represent Company in any Industrial Relations events, Labour Organization, including negotiation process
Handle related administration and documentation, such as Joint Agreement, Warning Letter
Ensure compliance on the Labor Law and Company Policy and manage the Company Policy renewal, update any changes on the applicable Labor Law
Develop, review, collect, and document HR Policies/Processes/Standard Operation Procedures from hiring to termination
Ensuring the (HR) employees are knowledgeable about compliance
Maintain good relationship with the Manpowers, including all vendors.
Partly responsible for the B2B agreement between employee, vendor, and Company, such as PKS/PKB
Manage dispute resolutions involving employees
Job Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in law is mandatory
Good understanding in Indonesia Labor Law and Regulations
Good understanding and has good relationship in Indonesia Labour Organization
Possess analytical skill
Able to influence and mediate
Self-motivated, have initiative, well organized
IR certification is preferred
Minimum 3 years as manager working in the similar role or 1 years as an IR Specialist in the manufacturing/retail/consumer good
