- Assist Business Analyst Head in planning IT solution for all initiatives of system changes
- Creating Change Request Charter (CRC) to arrange scope, timeline, resource and budget for CR category
- Business Performance and Management
- First layer contact to our business unit as IT relationship manager to gather requirement, pain point and improvement plan of our user
- Exercise business unit's idea to be proposed into project or change request
- Convert business requirement into complete IT solution design (application, infrastructure, security, etc.)
- People Management
- Collaborate with related IT team to design solution that will be written in Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Collaborate with related Business Project Manager and all IT Team to put commitment for scope, timeline, resource and budget in Change Request Charter (CRC) Document
- Regulatory Compliance
- Comply to standard operational procedure, regulation both for internal and external company
- Proposed best solution based on user request complying with Bank standard and rules of infrastructure, architecture and security
- Proactively identify potential risks and their mitigation of proposed solutions
- Prepare required document based on project development policy (ITPDLC RACI)
