Job Description
- Handle user inquiries and complaints through live chat/phone call/email
- Ensure user satisfaction through feedback and solution
- Inform user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred
- 1 year of related working experience as Customer Support. Fresh graduates from Accounting / Finance are also welcome to apply
- Good Accounting and Payroll (Overtime, BPJS, etc) knowledge is a must
