The Sales Manager is responsible to maximise sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments.
Qualifications:
Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or Assistant Manager in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
High willingness to learn, eager to convert business leads, hard working, team player, good intelligence on competitors and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
