Responsibilities:
- Reviewing purchase order information to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing assistance with proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract administration
- Coordinating with other departments such as warehousing, shipping, or accounting to ensure that goods are delivered on time in good condition
- Maintaining records of bids and purchase orders for future reference
- Self motivated, strong leadership skills and solid judgement to make good decisions
- Strong project management skill with understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationship
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role, preferably experience in various industries.
- Bachelor degree
