- Lead the overall IT aspects within the company's Indonesian operation, including IT Infrastructure, SAP ERP and other Business Applications, IT Support, IT Security.
- Lead the infrastructure development of the company's new manufacturing site
- Lead any enhancements of SAP ERP and business applications to support the company's operations
- Act as a bridge between varying business stakeholders and IT.
- Liaise with Regional IT Team on various IT projects and initiatives.
- Ensuring IT and Infra Audit and Compliances are met, and region is fully compliant as per the Infosec policy.
- Working with IT & Business Heads in formulating the future landscape to ensure business continuity.
- Would act as Project Manager for the signed off projects and ensuring deliveries are met within time and budget.
To be a successful IT Manager, you must have extensive experience in SAP ERP implementation and infrastructure design/development. Experience handling various complex request from business users and working in/leading a team in a regional scope is highly valuable.
- Candidate should come with SAP ERP background with 6+ years of experience.
- Have experience in developing IT Infrastructure for a new site
- Good knowledge in IT Support, Operations, and Security
- Have proven experience in handling and managing a team (internal and vendors)
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to engage with senior Business stake holders.
- Ability to lead a team discussion and to communicate with team based across the globe.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Should be comfortable in travelling to Cikarang area as this role would require visiting sites especially during some development projects.
