About the Challenge
We are hiring an Information Technology (IT) Analyst for analyzing and implementing efficient and functional IT systems so as to meet all of our organizational IT needs. You must also have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will learn what it really is like to work in a fast-growing startup environment, and how scalable processes work in such an environment.
What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will manage the IT support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues
- You will maintain networking, CCTV, Internet, and other IT equipment
- You will coordinate with 3rd party for services IT equipment
- You will coordinate with stakeholders and 3rd parties for IT infrastructure and equipment
- You will evaluate and provide requirement recommendations related ITYou will manage IT asset management
- You will have a daily report on IT issues and resolution
- Can-do attitude: Sees solutions and is able to act upon them
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, with a minimum of 3 years of related working experience and plus having knowledge in IT product
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal/communication skills
- Willingness to take ownership and work in a 'hands-on' environment
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- 3B - 4B
