- Lead the operations in Airport and Transport hub
- Accountable to understand the market and competition dynamics
- Responsible for leading team, setting priorities, and goals to achieve company OKR.
- Accountable to accept challenging assignments, help leaders make tough decisions, partner and overcome obstacles to deliver results.
- S1 preferably in communications /business major.
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication skill
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet.
- Min 2 years experience as Sales Supervisor/ Field Supervisor.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Sidoarjo, or Mojokerto
- Experience in Airport business / Airlines company is a plus
- Experience with creating dashboard and presentation skills is a plus
