Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of finance, cash management and banking.
Provide financial advice to management on both strategic and operational issues, including preparing the project P&L, and finance analysis for the proposed new deals.
Analyze business risks and opportunities, and make recommendations that positively affect the financial results of the company.
Establish a short and long-term corporate strategy and operation forecast.
Ensure the timely review and follow-up of the outstanding accounts receivable.
Negotiate with banks and financial institutions to maximize company benefits.
Supervise the finance team of accountants and clerks to achieve KPIs.
Develop objective-based system & process enhancements.
Manage Indonesia-based financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
Annual budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Manage relationships with stakeholders.
Any other ad-hoc assignments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
A master's degree and/or CPA/CA are desirable.
Minimum 6 years' work experience, at least 2 years at management role.
Experience from a renowned industry in a similar role or Big 4 consulting firm is preferred.
Excellent analytical and project management skills to ensure timelines are met both for internal and external reporting purposes.
Ability to work independently, but also fully communicate with the supervisor, the subordinate and other internal/external stakeholders.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated performance management skills.
Confident organizational communication skills.
