YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales plans and forecasts for key customers and accounts in Solo Raya Territory; implement sales and trading programs; monitor sales progress, stock position, and collection; and conclude sales activities so that the sales objectives are met.
- Implement the promotional activities for focus products.
- Implement Sales Excellence and Merchandising program.
- Report sales activities, including trading program and customer feedback; sample usage; and information on competitor activities (i.e. price, stock, promotion and distribution) to the Regional Sales Manager Central Java.
- Manage and supervise the activities of Sales Promotor(s) and reallocate their resources to improve and maximize overall results.
- Main Objective is : to contribute to the achievement of the Company's sales budget and to support the marketing operations, especially promotion activities in the assigned area.
- Education: University degree in agronomy or plant protection.
- Experiences; at least 3 years of relevant experience in Crop Protection industry
- Good understanding of agriculture practices.
- Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership with ability to motivate a team
- Moderate skills in English as advantage
