A person in charge for product development for all products respective bank partners including RR, mortgage, credit protector etc. Both internal aspects (product development stream, Marketing stream, Sales stream) and external aspects (Product Working Committee, product ideation, agreement related aspects), will be responsibility of this role.

Collaborate with bank partner to drive product initiatives
  • Day to day discussion on new product ideas with product pricing àLiaise with product actuary (Product Development team and product pricing)
  • Reviewing on the VNB of the upcoming products
  • Develop sales tools liaise with investment team, product actuary and trainer and do comparison with Bank’s Wealth Management products
  • In charge for Product Working Committee for CIMBN-SLFI
  • Liaise with product marketing team to discuss on market intelligent for insight of competitor’s products
Responsible to monitor VNB to achieve the VNB target
  • Responsible for reviewing persistency of each product and how to manage good persistency (liaise with Distribution Quality Business team)
  • Liaise with sales team and bank partner related to persistency (report, communication, action plan)
  • Do the annual product mix (determining the allowable) and review in monthly basis
Initiate and collaborate with bank partner on marketing campaigns, sales processes, branding activities and business improvement

Responsible related to both new & existing product campaign/ initiatives

Responsible related to compensation for sales team for each product.
  • Free top up campaign for non-special loading policies
  • Higher Sum Assured campaign / non-medical limit
  • Extra allocation for Regular Premium
  • Early Payment Options
  • Guaranteed Issued Offer (GIO) campaign
  • Cross sell campaign for existing customers
Developing presentation material for product meeting, post launch review, marketing campaign

  • Good communication skill (written and oral) both English and Bahasa

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
  • Bachelor degree and minimum 2 year experience in insurance industry, especially related with product development, product implementation and actuarial.
