- To be responsible for finance operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, monitoring the implementation, Internal Control Systems, and providing on-going training to branches to support their improvement.
- Lead and implement corporate transformation projects.
- To monitor the month-end and year-end closing processes related.
- Perform credit assessment of potential customers before on-boarding customers.
- Perform regular follow up with overdue customers ensure collections.
- To prepare documents for internal audit and external audit checking and coordination.

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar roles
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
- Experience in handling local tax regulation (VAT/ CIT/ withholding tax)
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to supervise junior team members and provide guidance
