Talent Acquisition Manager

While other companies are downsizing, recession-proof Welovesupermom continues to grow its business and team across SEA. We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Talent Acquisition (TA) specialist who can ensure we bind only the very best talent to us.

In addition to TA activities, you’ll be driving our company’s recruitment strategy and Employer Branding initiatives. And if you’re up to it, you get the freedom to propose and take on additional HR or employee happiness projects, and help shape Welovesupermom into becoming the ideal employer.

You will report directly into the Regional HR Director. You will work with all our hiring managers across our different SEA Countries. Excellent English Communication and Written Skill is a must

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the TA function end-to-end, from finding the right talent for our open roles, to assessing their qualifications in an efficient manner before setting up interviews with the hiring managers, to signing the candidates we want to get onboard.
  • Drive Welovesupermom recruitment strategy and hiring plans in close collaboration with the HR director/CEO/COO and hiring managers.
  • Propose and execute initiatives to build our Employer Branding and improve our employee happiness in new and exciting ways
Requirements

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience and proven track record in recruiting top tier talent.
  • Must have worked for successful startups and/or top tier firms.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a MUST
  • Independent and hands-on, with loads of energy and natural ability to take initiative.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and hunger to achieve goals.
