The key responsibilities for digital growth will covers:
- Identify and drive growth opportunity within digibank/retail portfolio in several key areas as follows: increase customers profitability (product holding, balance penetration, cross selling, app engagement), cost savings optimization, and digital journey improvement.
- Perform a deep analysis on the related data and working on growth strategy.
- Lead the execution of micro segmentation plan as well as prepare the final report and analysis on regular basis.
- Working with cross functional team (Business Analytics, Marketing, Product Team, Business Planning, etc) to ensure all growth initiatives are aligned with overall digibank’s strategy
- Build and execute digital journey framework for every customer segment.
- Prepare annual & forecasted business plan and budgeting from growth team
- Bachelor degree
- Process skills in project management analyticla, communication, influencing, and timeline monitoring
- Good understanding banking process
