- To be the central communication between the franchisor and franchisee. To make sure franchisees follow guidelines and SOPs; support, control and develop the market assigned with existing franchisees.
- Involved with other Business Units creating SOPs and Business Systems for Country level.
- To make sure franchisees and Branch Management follow respected guidelines and SOPs.
- Building a good relationship with the franchisee and internally
- Training, coaching, and mentoring center leadership from time to time
- Manage the Branch leader to implement appropriate sales strategies, tactics and action plans to support a strong market and customer focus, integrated with other product & service offerings as appropriate to support customer solutions
- Setting branch target and discuss how to achieve that with the Branch management
- Together with other Business Units creating a National program for Training, Marketing and Sales campaign to ensure uniform service levels and high teaching quality
- Involved in product development and other initiatives
- Involving in strategies and policies related to branch employee recruitment processes
- Station: Jakarta.
- A bachelor degree, with a min of 7 years experience where 3 years of it in a management level.
- Conversant sales marketing and services.
- Excellent in communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent in managing a group of different type of people, adaptable, can-do attitude
- Excellent in English and IT Savvy
- Outstanding analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to designated branches
