We are looking for Regional Consumer Engagement Analyst who will be based in Area Yogyakarta
Your 'day to day':
- Obtain business critical information, including Sampoerna performance and competitor activities on consumer engagement, and update the information on a regular basis.
- Coordinate regular cycle plan for Consumer Engagement channel while preparing analysis from the previous cycle and input to the next cycle plan.
- Monitoring and evaluating the right allocation and efficient utilization of resources for each cycle and programs.
- Analyze needs and propose suitable program and tools for Consumer Engagement channel to be implemented aligned with the zone strategy, brand strategy and allocated budget
- Develop a clear and simple guideline for Consumer Engagement channels activities, providing guidelines/working outline for each initiated program.
- Planning, monitoring and reporting overall consumer engagement activities done through different channels in CJV s, e.g. Media, LAMP/HOP, Event, Community
- Collect feedback from Supervisor Consumer Engagement on channels programs, monitor overall programs effectiveness and initiate timely corrective actions where appropriate
- Minimum bachelor's degree from any discipline
- Having experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agency, Branding Team and Creative Agency would be an advantage
- Preferably having exposure in field sales distribution with supervisory experience
- Active in organizational activities and social media savvy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel
- Open to be placed in Central Java
- Having a driving license (SIM) type A
