Anda harus memiliki sikap yang mengutamakan klien dan berorientasi pada hasil, dapat memberikan arahan, dan memiliki kecerdasan secara emosional. Anda harus mampu merangkul lingkungan wirausaha yang cepat berubah, dan sangat kolaboratif serta menunjukkan keterampilan antarpribadi dan kepemimpinan yang kuat. Selain itu, Anda juga harus memiliki koneksi luas, aktif bersosialisasi, menyukai negosiasi, serta memiliki komunikasi yang baik.

Our organization transformed the vision from supporting business to supporting entrepreneurs around the world.
- The site officially launched on May 20th, 2016 as the official founding date of HartLogic. At the end of the first year in operation, HartLogic had a total of 1,500 members.
