Looking to expand the business in Bali, so we're looking for a sales manager that having great account for some existing or about to launch hotel in Bali.
STATE JOB DUTIES (in detail):
- Open the market and introduce FCS (Fast, Connected, Simple) hospitality solutions to the untouched market
- Approach all hotels to sell FCS solutions
- Work closely with owning companies/SI/Major accounts to target pre-opening hotels
- Account manage any chain hotels after the deal is closed
- Manage the entire sales process from finding leads to closing the deal
- Getting new leads on a daily basis and scheduling sales meetings with clients
- Negotiate with clients to ensure price is acceptable with a winning situation in order to close the deal
STATE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in hotels operations for at least 2 years
- Aggressive and with a hunter mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to converse and write fluently in English and Bahasa
- Understand the hospitality market of Bali well
- Basic sales experience in hotel Technology software
- Good contacts with the hotels and owning companies will be a bonus
