Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategy offline and online related to the brand presence and engagement
- Create and organize the event schedule for multiple events, both offline and online
- Develop a variety of event concepts
- Manage and maintain event budgets
- Site selection and research
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics, including booth and merchandise production
- Organize physical and digital marketing for the event
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Should have at least 2 years of experience as Project Manager, Campaign Planner, Product Marketing, or other relevant roles
- Proficient in spoken and written English will be a plus point
- Proficient with presentation tools (Powerpoint, Slides), Microsoft excel, google sheet, and analytics tools for generating insights
- The ability to keep all the moving parts of various events organize
- Strong project management skills
- The ability to communicate the proper expectations for the event to a large team
