Responsibilities
  • Help to explain to users about iproposed financial plans, explaining advantages and risks, alleviating concerns and answering questions
  • Update job knowledge by tracking investment markets, general economic conditions, and new financial products
  • Recommend investment products and services that are suitable for customers based on their objectives, resources, risk profile, and preferences
  • Liaise with providers, solicitors, values and other professionals
Requirements:
  • Having knowledge in Capital Market (Mutual Funds, Stocks, and SBN) and Bibit user
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated in the understanding of current investment products
  • Able to educate Live Chat member about Bibit product
  • Having knowledge about online investment scam/fraud
  • Excellent written, listen, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to type quickly with fewer mistakes
  • Able to work independently as well as function as part of a team
  • Possess a commitment to professionalism, honesty, and a strong work ethic
  • Genuinely care with the users and eager to assist
  • Ready to work in shifts
