· Ensure that the day-to-day administrative needs of FB Service & Kitchen Department are fulfilled.
· Perform the duties within the framework defined by the norms of the Company and within the Hotel’s internal regulations.
· Keep confidential information CONFIDENTIAL.
· To prepare correspondence such as letter, memo.
· To maintain office supplies stock.
· Input data into computer system as required.
· Assist FB Service and Kitchen to create PR, SR.
· To handle the leave application records of all staff in FB Service and Kitchen Department.
Work Experience
· Bachelor Degree
· Minimum 1 year experience as FB Secretary
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Excellent administration skill
· Ability to work under pressure
