- Manage and ensure all employee data and administrative documents (such as employee personal data, employee contracts, etc.) are always up-to-date, accurate, and neatly filed (both digitally and physically).
- Handle employee attendance (absenteeism, overtime, leave, etc.) and social securities (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Tenaga Kerja) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to and solve Personnel administration cases or issues.
- Prepare HR related letters, memos, notices and office announcements to employee.
- Identify, recommend, and implement operational improvements to streamline HR processes and procedures
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years experience as HR Supervisor especially HR Personnel/Operation
- Have a good knowledge in Labor Laws (UU No.13 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan UU No.11 2021 Cipta Kerja)
- Excellent understanding in human resources business process, policies & regulations
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and good knowledge of databases
- Preferably has experience in using SAP HCM
