- Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted and creative strategy.
- Build strong connection with government stakeholder.
- Create marketing strategic development and scale up sales opportunity.
- Works with all staff to manage all sales activities of the property and meet revenue objectives. Activities include setting goals, completing competitive surveys, taking reservations, and compiling reports.
- Identify and seeks out potential business in local market.
- Maintain relationships with local companies and key people to increase visibility within the local market.
- Coordinate and implement sales and marketing activities of the property.
- Create a budget to maximise profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services.
- Min. 5 years of working experience
- Prior experience in convention, exhibition and entertainment would be a plus
- Leadership experience
- Able to form excellent working relationship with partners especially with event organisers, artists, and producers
- Strong prospecting skills and commercial acumen
