- Created and ensured that all company Office-GA procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Organising maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with to improve office operations and procedures
- Manage executive's schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets
- Collating and filing expenses
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Coordinate and assist with visa, working permit (formalities documents) & corporate legal documents
- Responsible for creating presentations and other management-level reports
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- More than 6 years of work experience as an Office Manager/GA, Personal Assistant or Front Office Manager
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal, time management skills, and ability to prioritise
- Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
