Job Description

  • Created and ensured that all company Office-GA procedures, policies, and guidelines
  • Organising maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with to improve office operations and procedures
  • Manage executive's schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Coordinate and assist with visa, working permit (formalities documents) & corporate legal documents
  • Responsible for creating presentations and other management-level reports
Multinational company|Fast paced working environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • More than 6 years of work experience as an Office Manager/GA, Personal Assistant or Front Office Manager
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good interpersonal, time management skills, and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
