- Managing key accounts in Jabodetabek and West Java region
- Identify potential accounts in industrial, fleet, and textile segment
- Managing internal & external stakeholders
- Responsible in business development and sales expansion, as well as introducing products or services to current and potential clients
- Submit short and long term sales plans and strategies with marketing programs that are available.
This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. Other key requirements include:
- A minimum 5 years of work experience in lubricant B2B sales.
- Have extensive network in industrial, fleet, and textile segment is a plus.
- Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.
