Service Delivery Coordinator works with the Field Specialists within the Completions & Wellbore product line. This role focuses on the coordination of field service personnel and ensures flawless execution to our customers.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out
Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion
Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives
Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage
Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in Indonesia to ensure successful completion
Support sales team in response to customer enquiries

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar field or a Diploma Degree with relevant experience in a similar role
Minimum 3 years working experience
Demonstrate solid experience in Wellbore Interventions
Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
Have good team working and communication skills
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
